继血液分析仪推出XN系列后,Sysmex把尿液分析也整成流水线,UN系列包括UC3500干化学,UF4000/5000有型分析,UD10形态识别及U-WAM管理系统组成,这些单机冷眼一看,跟XN很相似。流水线也类似。
其实,Sysmex背后有着更深的目的,是将XN、UN、CS血凝、HISCL发光、细菌微生物鉴定及流式细胞仪全部可以挂接到自有的GLP流水线上。GLP System公司与Sysmex合作,前者是很有名气的流水线公司。这样流水线不仅有传送功能,还有开盖分管,封盖冷藏存储等。

Sysmex尿液流水线UN系列


这是UN-9000,右边两台是UC3500干化学,中间两台是UF5000/4000,左边是UD-10形态识别(镜检),控制和数据处理电脑就是U-WAM。

UN系列也带有尾缀,UN-9000-000,个位是UC,十位是UF,百位是UD,上图就是UN-9000-122


上图是UF-2000-011,一台UF一台UC

上图是UF-2000-110 一台UD一台UF

以上四个依次是UN-3000-111,UN-3000-111W,UN-3000-111S,UN-3000-111WS
都是一台UD,一台UF和一台UC组成,W是指流水线托盘,S是指机柜。


以上四张图依次是UN-9000-121S,UN-9000-121WS,UN-9000-122S,UN-9000-122WS


UF4000/5000 有型成分分析仪(尿液和体液)

Greater diagnostic significance
Body Fluids
The new technology opens up many previously closed diagnostic avenues. The integrated body fluid mode is available at the flick of a switch and delivers seven diagnostic parameters in BF mode. Meningitis with low cell-/bacterial counts can be detected, and the differentiation into bacterial or viral infections is possible through the WBC differentiation and bacterial count.
Bacterial detection
Further diagnostic significance is obtained thanks to the new blue laser, which ensures better bacterial detection.
Bacteria are addressed further with the new RFID dye reagents, thanks to more accurate measurement and differentiation.
UTI infections
The new Gram pos / Gram negative flag provides valuable information as to which antibiotic to prescribe to the patient with a UTI infection. The UF offers a faster and far easier way than the classic gram staining to provide the same information. You can now identify UTIs fast and reliably, as well as indicate the right choice of antibiotics.
Haematuria
In the past it has been tricky to differentiate RBC and crystals. This is solved thanks to the depolarised side scatter light in the FFC so that you can better determine whether the patient is suffering from haematuria, and if so, to which degree.
The analyser will now also differentiate epithelial cells and casts.
It offers a total of seventeen parameters in urine mode.
Modular
Although of course the UF-5000 can be used as an excellent standalone analyser, it truly lives up to its potential as an integral part of the UN-Series in a load and leave configuration. Place the samples in the rack, and simply let the overall configuration do its work. If the samples are negative, all the better. If they need a closer look, you can receive digital images from our UD-10.

Fully Automated Urine Chemistry Analyser
The new UC-3500 is a fully automated urine chemistry analyser that offers particularly high clinical value.
Urine sample material is dropped onto each pad of a dedicated test strip within the analyser. The entire sequence, starting from sample aspiration, to colour comparison and final output of the results is fully automatic. In addition to the five system parameters, the 11 test strip parameters include microalbumin and creatinin.
Thanks to the new CMOS sensor, the device effortlessly distinguishes abnormal colours between RBCs and haemoglobin.
And thanks to the refractometry measurement method, it also offers accurate results in terms of specific gravity and cloudiness.
The analyser is also fast, capable of processing 276 samples per hour.

Semi-automated Urine Chemistry Analyser
The new UC-1000 integrates within your urinalysis workflow in many ways. Whether you are looking for a backup for your UC-3500 fully automated system or require a smaller system for processing individual test strip order requests, UC-1000 is equally well suited. Multi-wavelength reflectance photometry with CMOS camera
Measurement principle
Test strips are fed from the loader to the photo detection unit, where four slightly overlapping images are taken of the test strip, using white LED light and a CMOS camera. A single complete image of the whole test strip is then composed.
From this, reflectivity analysis of the test pads is performed.

Within the UN-Series, the UD-10 closes the total urinalysis workflow by capturing the particle images in urine samples.
With its stage scanning technology, you confirm abnormal results from previous chemical and sediment analysis in a fully automated device.
Particles can be classified into eight different classes based on the size of particles. The images provide a detailed view of urine particles without performing a manual sediment or microscopy; the entire workflow can be processed automatically.
Particle images from the UD-10 help by differentiating abnormal or unclear results. Through individual rule settings with the Urinalysis Work Area Information Management System (U-WAM), you can modify workflows to meet your needs.
