新购置奥巴克斯血球仪Abacus vet 5 Animal Hematology Analyzer，出现报警
开机报警显示：A reagent is running empty or waste is full,Replace the container.
The volume of reagents are running low!! it is sufficient for less than 10 test cycles.
试剂状态显示（Reagent state):Reagent level:0%.
证实是试剂锁的问题，需要Reagent Key，奥巴克斯试剂保护。
寻求各位是否有方法解决？谢谢！
