分物理安装、TUBE的POR、TUBE的ISO的Adjustment
一、物理安装：
1. 把 Gantry 放到 0° tilt 和 HOME 位；把Table放到最低位，便于拆前盖。
2. 在 Gantry 的背面底部关闭 ‘Rotate‘, ‘XG Power‘ and ‘Slip Ring115V‘开关。
3. Remove Gantry的前盖、左右侧盖（移前盖时正确和小心使用带轮的专用工具）。
4. 把Gantry 的TGP 板的SERVICE 开关打到ON，旋转 Gantry使得x-ray tube I在 90 degree 位置。
5. Insert Gantry 右边的固定销钉，反复试验，直到Gantry不在旋转为止。
6. Remove 提升导轨的固定螺丝。
7. Slide out 提升导轨, 然后 install导链或者其他提升工具。
8. Slide提升导轨到合适的位置，然后在 X-ray tube 的吊钩系上导链的挂钩（注意千万不能脱落）。
9. 从 X-ray tube取出 Cathode HV cable lead ，让HV cable插头的3个弹簧片对机壳或者地放电，但是必须保证HV cable lead不损害。

10. 檫去 HV cable lead多余的高压油，并且包好HV cable lead。
11. 从 X-ray tube取出Anode HV cable ，让HV cable插头的3个弹簧片对机壳或者地放电，但是必须保证HV cable lead不损害。
12. 檫去 HV cable lead多余的高压油，并且包好HV cable lead。
13. Cut所有的控绑HV cable的PVC扎带，千万别掉到Gantry里面。
14. Disconnect the rotor control connector.
15. Disconnect Fan/Pump power cable connector (yellow cable).
16. 松开adjustment X-ray tube ISO内六方M6 screw。
17. 松开并取出球衬垫上的 4 mounting screws (Carefully with the X-ray tube secure : Torque = 285kgf.cm)。
18. Use 提升导链慢慢落下 X-ray tube 到地面，注意先升后降。
19. Remove 金属衬垫到新X-ray tube，除去金属托盘上的4个旧的螺丝，不能把它们用在新X-ray tube上。
20. Install 金属衬垫到新X-ray tube ，然后提升导链到球管索要安装的位置。
21. Install新X-ray tube 倒着steps 19 through 6. In the step 17，使用新的螺丝将X-ray tube的金属衬垫固定到Gantry上面。
22. Retie any tie wraps which were removed in step 13. (see illustration below).
23. Perform the following to initialize the Filament Data:
a. Select the ‘Clear Filament aging/Tube status’ menu as below;
Service Menu-->Diagnostics-->Generator Test-->Clear Filament aging/Tube status
b. Click ‘Apply’, then click ‘OK’ to clean-up the old Filament/Tube data.
The system automatically restarts.
24. 调节X-ray tube的POR（X-ray tube前后位置），略。Manual <Functional Check/Adjustment>
25. 调节X-ray tube的ISO（X-ray tube左右位置）,略. Manual <Functional Check/Adjustment>
26. 在 Gantry 的背面底部打开 “Slip Ring 115V” switch,并校验 radiator FAN for the x-ray tube cooling and JEDI Power Unit FAN 的运行是否正常。
27. Update ‘Tube Usage’ Log and ‘Tube Spits’ log:
a. Select Update System Log; refer to below:
Service Menu-->Error logs-->Update System Log
b. Select Tube Usage from the lists,
c. Type/enter the new Tube information, and press [Create].
d. Select Tube Spits from the lists, and press [Create].
e. Select Bad Raw from the lists, and press [Create].
28. Perform the following check/adjustment according to CD-ROM manual, Functional Check & Adjustment.

X-RAY ALIGNMENT
KV AND mA CHECK
DAS COUNT CHECK
Q CALIBRATION (Q-Cal)
SYSTEM CALIBRATION
CT No. ADJUSTMENT
IMAGE PERFORMANCE

Certify that the Rear TSW is horizontally, vertically and center aligned.
Adjust the Rear TSW so that there is no clearance between its edge and the cover.
