[原创]GE L7自动重启故障维修一例

机型：L7 R8.0.1 BT09

故障：设备不定时的自动关机重启，关机时会出现一个报错框，但关机时间很短，无法记录，重启后CF功能不正常活出现大片杂波

判断：1.多次捕捉，未捕捉到故障现象，通过SERVICE的LOGIQ 7 FRU 诊断菜单，对各个板子进行诊断，均可PASS。

      2.查看手册，分析，猜测报错内容可能为：

 

System monitoring couldn't be

Started

 

This error appears when abnormal data received from ADC on

MDBRG2S.

Possible causes:

- MDBRG board (failure of the ADC on MDBRG)

- Communication error between MDBRG and BEP

- Low Voltage Power supply

When this error happens, L7 system should be once SHUTDOWN,

then after about 10 seconds, POWER-ON the L7 system. If this error

happens often, then check above components

 

只有这一项会引起立即重启。

 

通过alt+d加载Error log，分析故障时段有如下报错：

综合分析，判断MDBRG2S坏掉了。

更换MDBRG板后设备正常。

分析：通过Error log判断故障，是我们维修的一种必要手段，尤其是处理间歇性，无法捕捉的故障时，提供了很好的思路。
